So for next week we will be having midterms. For those of you still lost, we have a general list of things you should have done so far.
For the midterm, it's alright if you don't have everything as it's just a checkup on your progress. You can improve your grade by the end if you finish all the work to an acceptable degree.
The list of things you should have include:
- Characters - Lineup, Turnarounds
- Props - 3/4 view, Turnarounds

If you look at the drawing on the bottom, it shows you the breakdown of the forms and how to specifically draw it as simple as possible.

As for perspective you want to think of the basic geoforms/3D shapes BEFORE adding any details, texture, or designs. Shown below is some basic perspective philosophy, namely not putting your vanishing points so close to the actual box. If you put the box in too close, it warps and the drawing looks skewed (as evident of the box on the upper right)
